Utica National agent/customers can qualify based on the following criteria:

• Minimum production of $500,000 ($350,000 in Ohio)
• 4 year capped accident year loss ratio of 46% or less
• Growth contingent upon 2017 year-end volume with us
  • $400,000 – $2,500,000   5% growth
  • $2,500,001 – $5,000,000   4% growth
  • >$5,000,001 or more   2.5% growth
• Minimum 3 years appointed with us
• Minimum new business premiums of $75,000 ($50,000 in Ohio)
• Agent must be in good standing and receive invitation from our senior management
