To Update or Edit a Submission

 

Use the Search page in Submissions to locate the desired submission or select the ‘My Submissions’ option from the top of the Compro pages. If you are already in a submission, select the view button for whatever line you need to edit.

 

 

This is the submission page from which all edits and entries will be performed.  In the submission detail block, you can see that the Auto line was selected.

 

To make any changes to the submission, select the ‘Edit’ button.  To view all submissions in the group, select the ‘View Group’ button.

Here you can make changes to the submission and enter remarks.  The Remarks typed will always apply to the submission that you are in.  You can also have that Remark apply to other submissions in the group by selecting the corresponding checkboxes under ‘Include Remarks.’  Scroll down and select the ‘Update’ button.

 

 

 

 

The message ‘submission has been updated’ will appear at the top of the screen.  Any remarks will appear under Remarks at the bottom of the screen.  You can tell who keyed them and what date they were keyed.

 

To exit, select the ‘Close’ button in the upper right hand corner.
